Comment: Obviously this doesn’t compare to thrifts in NY or LA but for Santa Barbara, this is the best thrift in town. I always find something and the prices are reasonable. Plus they always have sales and they have new items rotating often.

Comment: I had my first experience on 8/10/21 and staff member Joy was professional, courteous and helpful. She is an asset to the organization.There was another female staff member who was helpful as well. I did make a purchase & upon my letting them know I am a senior citizen, I received my discount at the register as well. To shop at this place does take patience, as there is much stock. Yet, the quality I witnessed was good and the place is a high recommend.

Comment: This is, by far, my favorite thrift store because the prices are phenomenal. Its also easy to drop by the back of the store and donate items. I took off a star because they arent really doing much to address the COVID issue besides asking people to wear masks (no line, no limitation on people in the store, no arrows to direct the line of traffic). Despite that, I would recommend coming on Saturdays, near holiday times, because they often have 50% off the entire store sales--which are totally awesome.

Comment: UFATS is my absolute favorite thrift store! It is very rare for me to not find something uniquely incredible for either my home or my artist studio. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially when you are a regular customer.Everything is reasonably priced!

Comment: I absolutely love this store! Every time I go in, which is at least 3-4 times a month, I find wonderful treasures! I have two Coach purses that I got for under $25, dishes, silverware, clothes, etc...The staff is friendly and helpful and I never leave empty handed. I’m a single mom and don’t have much extra money but when I go there and buy a little something for $3.99, it makes me feel so good. You must visit this store!

Comment: I went there with my kids and it is organized with wide selection. Lots of fun stuff and toys. Low prices, furniture isn’t great. Aisles are cozy but that keeps the cost down. Today is50% off day and we’ll go back.staff was friendly.

Comment: This is probably the best thrift shop in SB. They have a lot of stuff and you may never pay the tag price if you shop during sales. I used to go to buy toys and always found something nice. If you take your time you can find really cool and brand new items super cheap.

Comment: Low prices! Great deals that change EVERY DAY! Nice people who work there! This is one of the BEST thrift stores Ive been to in YEARS. Now, for those of you who want a nice, clean, thrifting experience where things are organized by size and color and yada yada yada well then this is not the place for you, nor is thrifting the shopping experience for you. Go to the mall. For those of us who are real thrifters, you will love this place! Its fun to dig for your stuff, things are in GOOD to GREAT condition, LOW PRICES, fun deals, and nice workers. Yes there are spanish speakers but we live in California, so....dunno what other peoples problems are.OVERALL GREAT PLACE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Comment: I just went there to pick up some things while I was on a camping trip. Its just what you need a thrift store to be. Lots of stuff and low prices. I saw that another reviewer talked about unfriendly staff, but the person who checked me out was very sweet. Loved the overhead music, too.
