Comment: This weekend is Salvation Armys $2 Clothing Sale my bf & I went to the one on PCH in Torrance. It was pretty packt kinda overwhelming. Got a few cute thgs but couldnt shop very long. Sales on tomorrow also. My bf bought 5 pairs of pants for $10 cant beat that price! They have a big selection of Dresses, Jackets, Sweaters, Pants, Shirts, Skirts, Pjs ect...

Comment: A hidden gem in the South Bay. Youll find a variety of quality clothes. I think most of their donations are from the area(PV, Redondo Beach, Torrance). I tend to always find gentle used name brand clothing. Such as Banana Republic, Hugo Boss, and Brixton. Some of the more luxurious name brands are individually priced, but most of the clothing are set priced accordingly to the type. They have a pretty good selection of shoes, as well. Ive seen lots of gentle used leather dress shoes and some athletic shoes(Nike, Adidas, etc) that just need some TLC and itll look almost new.In regards to their bric-a-brac, household items, linens, etc. They have nearly half the store dedicated to those items. Youll easily spend 2/3 hours browsing the store.All the associates Ive had the pleasure of interacting with are all very kind and accommodating. When not working the register, they do an amazing job for keeping the store organized, especially in the clothing area.If youre in the area, this store is a must stop. The parking lot is huge and theyre opened pretty late in the evening. With $20-40, youll find a couple of gems.

Comment: They need to change managers asap. Seems like everything is overpriced. They need to be reminded, its all donated. For a non profit organization things are sure priced at profit prices.Update 9/13/21Theyve changed management since my review. The service is a lot livelier and the prices have changed for the better. Things arent overpriced as if you were shopping in a major retailer or department store. Daniella is extremely helpful.

The items in this store are priced well and they have a vast selection from every day household things to statement furniture pieces.There are plenty of glassware and other household items as well as clothes.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Large parking lot in front. This store shares the parking lot with Michaels and Sprouts and H Mart.

Comment: I love to go thrifting! Who doesnt???That said there are things I love about this location. Lets start with the clothes because thats why I usually go there. They color code so the shoulder of the garment will have a colored plastic that may or may not correlate to extra savings that day so ask what the color of the day is for tour 50% discount. The clothes are all clean. I believe they wash everything. Unless its new w tags. The problem. Witb this method is they ruin all the sweaters that should be dry cleaned so this isnt the place you will find any good wool or cashmere. I did score a great Prada sweater one day with all the tags inside and I de pilled it and stitched a 1/4 inch seam and I get so many compliments. $4 dollars on 50% off.So of you have lots of time to comb through stuff this could be a spit for the occasional scoreThey make a couple huge errors in my opinion. In how they display. Its good that they put all the items by category and color family however. I would love to see them take the extra step and sprite by size. I almost want to do it myself and say just trade my time for some clothes lol. I mean you will get fatigued when you see something cute and its too big or too small. And they put stuff out that can have major damage so CHECK EVERY SINGLE PIECE. I grabbed 2 dresses only to find one looked like it had been used for rifle practice the holes at the bottom were so big I made them take it off the floor. And then the other the bottom hem was shot all fraying and not meant to be. So again CHECK EVERY PIECE.They have generally good pricing on clothes sometimes they have a special red tag price and it can often be too much because they think its designer and its VENUS or Old Navy. So be observant.They have a small room for home goods that are curated and I see some things but they are VERY overpriced. This is the main reason I can not give 5 stars.They have racks of glass and plastic and wood home stuff and well you other thrift type things.This is about a medium sized place not big so it wont make you too crazy time wise to see just about everything. The staff here is great!! So friendly and surprisingly helpful. For a thrift store. And as always they Salvation Army helps people in need so its a give back type of experience.Today I got some fun pieces a hot pink sweater. So cute and trendy and a GORGEOUS Sundance eyelet top perfect for summer and a couple other little things. One was I thought a nude colored pleated skirt but turns out its gauchos so that will get donated. And then a cute cropped gap bathing sweater. You will enjoy this shop. I take my hand sanitizer and dig!!I hope you love it as much as me. ❤

Definitely was worth $1500 at least! Always have sales for clothes. Good prices!

They get better donations at this location. Lots of really good clothes and Furniture! Some of the furniture can be a little pricey but it is well worth it in high quality stuff. Its a big store with a large donation center connected and great parking
