Comment: I was looking for a place to leave donations. They were easy to work with. I just called to check the times for that day but it’s available seven days per week. I pulled up to the back and they have someone in the trailer who will help you load if needed. They take anything.

They seem to dedicate a substantial portion of their funds to help those in need, which is praiseworthy. However, their prices on thrift store items can be somewhat high. On the bright side, they provide meals to their clients, which is a significant service. Its a valuable resource overall, but shoppers might find some items a tad expensive. A commendable organization, nonetheless.

Comment: The manager/co-manager woman is very helpful and kind! She gave me a beautiful floor lamp for a STEAL! Thank you!I stopped coming here about a decade ago because it was always dirty (even for a thrift store) and never had good stock. However, the store has completely turned around since then and its now one of my favorite thift stores. They have good prices unlike Savers which is ridiculously priced nowadays. Highly recommend this store!

Comment: This is our 1st time at the Riverside Salvation Army. Immediately upon entry, we were welcomed and greeted by team member even with her being busy ringing up another customer. It shows the 10-second rule applies here. This Sam team member assisted us on the sales floor and was very polite, professional and knowledgable of the store. We learned that Cesci (forgive me if mis-spelled) is a Store Supervisor. I must say, she sets the tone of true CUSTOMER SERVICE and I hope her team follows her lead!We reside in Temecula, CA and will happily make another trip to the Riverside Salvation Army off Magnola. Great service means everything to us! Thank you for yours!!!

However I decided to give it another try and I was so happy to see the big change it has made! I called back and told them I was going to come back. They apologized the guy Jacob even tryed finding the other pair for me and the girl to. And on top off that they have 50 % off sales or dollar tag days almost everyday .i never leave empty handed from here.the location can seem a little bit sketchy because a lot of homeless tend to hang outside but besides that the customer service and deals are a steal.
