These people are doing a good deed and you rate them a 1 star operation? Thats not fair. If you think you can do better, open your own thrift shop.We liked it a lot and found some good deals. We will return.

Comment: Donated and purchased from the Truckee store for many years - a favorite spot to shop for everyone in our family. Kudos to the manager for allowing me to drop off items 15 min past drop-off hours last week; was my second trip down after missed communication with employees on first trip. Manager was sweet, and did the right thing making an exception for me and this drop. Love these guys - doing a wonderful job for our community!

This is a very nicely stocked 2nd hand store which has a lot of everything (puzzles, clothes, kitchen items, misc furniture and so much more) which benefits the community by its low prices and the local hospital with its modest profits. Many, many of the staff freely donate their time and help. A great coming together of the Truckee and surrounding area families.

Comment: We ended up coming here on a day where everything was 50% off. Got a really nice snowboard jacket for $16! Totally stoked. Its a small place, but if you are looking for ski or snowboard jackets, pants, and shoes, you might find some treasures. The workers behind the counter have always been very friendly.

Its well organized and easy to find the things youre looking for. Theres a high turnover of excellent goods at excellent prices. Something for everyone.
