Comment: Huge store! The people are always helpful and theres huge amounts of womens clothing, not too bad on the mens but men tend to wear clothes out. They also have books, housewares, sometimes electronics, though they go pretty fast, and last time I was there, they had 3 different leather jackets in great condition. Its definitely worth your time and effort, my late wife used to change out a seasons worth of clothes in one trip.

Comment: Always love this store. Really nice employees. I was there once when two people grabbed a cart full of things and ran out. One of the cashiers went after them. She was a badass! Her manager came up to the front after and found out what happened and told her to go take a break. He seemed to genuinely care how it affected her. I was glad to see that. I also found out theres a guy they call the coat exchanger who walks in wearing one coat and walks out in one he didnt pay for.They recently installed self serve checkout stations and that seems to be going well. Its nice they still have people working those registers to help when needed though.

Comment: The Sparks Savers off of Oddie is permanently closed. Yes, the lights are still on, & theres still merchandise in the store. Im assuming this location no longer accepts donations, either. The Savers location off of Kietzke is still open.It makes me a bit sad, as I used to shop at this Savers every weekend with my mom as a kid. Heck, most of the furniture in my moms house is from this location over the years. Oh well. This side of town is rolling down the garbage hill pretty fast, honestly.

Comment: Anyone who knows me knows this is my favorite store in Reno-I call it a boutique. Don’t go if you don’t feel like it and if your in a hurry you can’t really rush through this place. I always start at Knick Knacks then swing through clothing and lastly end up in shoes. I purchase most of my casual everyday wear, ski, hiking, biking, outdoor clothing and a lot of interesting and useful housewares. Merchandise can be returned within 7 days with original tags and receipts.

Comment: This has to be the cleanest & best selection location but your security guard really got on my nerve like I was either the only customer, he cared for my safety or thought I was stealing or gonna steal and this was our first time there after just moving here months prior, and every time I looked up, HE WAS RIGHT THERE! Seriously! Be discreet not rude!

Comment: Fun store to explore by yourselves or with friends. Its nearly impossible to walk away without something in hand since the store and selection are so large. Ample parking.

Comment: Okay so on the 50% of days thats the 100% best time to go i garentee you will walk out with something if not more than 1 thing even on the presales but only for card members so go on have some thrift fun (unlike that horrible song)
