Comment: My wife and like going here. We found this place when we went to a restaurant in the same shopping center. Now we come here every time we visit Palm Springs. Its a thrift shop, but presented as a high class place. Ordinary stuff are cheap while one-of-a-kinds, antiques, and collectibles are pricey. Something for everyone.

Comment: Very nice second-hand store where the proceeds go to a great cause, Desert Aids Project who provides much needed assistance to people in need in the Coachella Valley. Lots of stuff. Great deals on new and used furniture. Lots of great clothing, along with some designer products. Books, cds, DVDs, and knickknacks for every taste. However the best part of the store are the people, both paid and volunteer, that are wonderful. I dont think that I ever walked out without finding something that I had to have. Highly recommended. I visited the store in Cathedral City and Palm Springs yesterday.

Comment: We purchased 2 ottomans ahead of the horse. We thought we found the perfect ottomans to go with the two chairs we ordered from a different company. Our chairs finally came in and they were way to big for the cute ottomans. I emailed Revivals and they said I should probably go into the store to see what they could do for us. We made the trip and Kris couldn’t have been more helpful. I can’t thank him enough for working with us. Our part time hone is 3 miles from the PD store, but would drive the extra 20 minutes to PS for the great service.

Would have rated five stars but the last couple of times we bought furniture items, trying to pick them up at the back were nightmares. First of all, there always seems to be a bunch of big trucks parked every which way and that makes it tough to find a place to park. The other problem is trying to get someone to bring out our items. We kept ringing the bell with no success until 20 minutes (no kidding) later an employee coming out the door went back in and got someone to help us. Finding a place to park nearby can be tricky, but its worth the walk. A big plus is that the restroom is available to the public and very clean.

Comment: Lady who helped me was knowledgeable and very helpful. She had me try 3 different shoes, i was ready to buy on the 1st pair they were so comfortable... i ended up buying the 2nd pair after walking around in all 3, mismatched sboes to actually feel the difference. Would recommend anyone to go for great customer service and is willing to pay for a better quality shoe..

Comment: Revivals buys and liquidates whole estates, therefore they have higher-quality merchandise than regular thrift stores, but their prices are also higher. They also have a bargain-basement area behind the main store thats only open three hours from 7:00am to 10:00am where everything sells for only 50 cents.

Comment: I have been shopping at and am a fan of Revivals for many years. Their mission is solid and noble for the community and they do a lot for the LGBTQ as well. I see their business model changing and believe a business needs to grow and expand. However, the path they are on is leaving me behind due to their healthy price tags on donated items. I quit shopping at Goodwill for the same reason.
