Comment: If youre going to go to a Platos closet go to Plato South Coast Plaza DO NOT go to Huntington Beach. The workers at South Coast are kind and professional. My hands were full carrying bags out of the store and a worker left her post and offered to come help me open the door! So kind and she did not have to do that! That is great customer service thank you!! They also buy a lot more clothes from you than any other Platos closet. The girls who work at Plato South Coast actually know what theyre doing. I will only be returning to the south coast location and encourage others to do the same. Huntington Beach Platos closet should take notes.

Comment: Still one of my favorite little secrets when needing an quality article of clothing at miniscule cost. However, o think the pandemic adversely affected the consignment shops this year as not many new items to browse.Nevertheless, I spotted a few new items for a quarter of regular price such as an all leather Puma Fanny pack, great for the long walks to get fresh air, $10!Costumer service is ALWAYS excellent and the store is a bunch to search due to their impeccable organization skills. 4of 5 🌟 only due to the inventory being wonderful but not fabulous lol

Comment: This location has the best customer service. The associates always greet you when you walk in the door. The store is clean and well organized and the prices are great.I have been there on many occasions when customers are bringing in bags and bags of items to sell and the staff still treats every customer with kindness. Most employees would be overwhelmed but this staff takes it all in stride. I think they have a great team!!!I would highly recommend this location for great items to buy as well as selling you gently used in style clothes.BTW be kind and say hello back to the staff when they greet you. It goes a long way to make their day enjoyable as they work very hard.

Comment: THE BEST I WILL TRAVEL HOURS! I used to live in Irvine and went all the time and when I moved up to Santa Barbara I still go. This is the ONLY place I shop. I will go all the way down just to shop here. I can get like 15 items (all brandy Melville and popular brands) for the price i could get 3 in the store. I see no reason to purchase anywhere but here because just such amazing prices. You even get A LOT if you sell your clothes (just make sure they are washed and folded, they do not accept trash bags). Staff is absolutely amazing, so helpful and nice. I have never had a bad experience at any Platos closet nationwide. I almost do not want to tell people so i can have more amazing deals to myself. Anyway this is a MUST!

Its a bit pricier than the one in San Jose, but I would think that its because its in the OC. Either way this store has a great variety of clothing & shoes for teenagers & young adults. The coats & jackets are over priced for them being used, but mostly everything else is decently priced. Will be coming back as soon as Im in the area again.

Comment: Ive been here before so I decided to visit again on my birthday. The store was having a 70% sale on some items. Im always on the lookout for a classic dress or name brand dress pants. Didnt find anything. I kept looking for anything else. I noticed the employees were cleaning up for the day, fixing the racks. No one greeted me, but I dont get bothered by that. I did by a Hollister denim vest that was priced 23.50. I didnt care about the price because its my birthday. But it 70% off! She told me I couldnt return it. I said no problem. Bought some linen pants, too. Prices are like the Goodwill and higher. Everything is going up everywhere, anyway. Ill be back to visit.
