Comment: Would appreciate updated information on their web site on what items they will accept and wont accept. They will not take clothing, bedding. Not sure what else. I dropped off two weeks ago and they would not accept a bed quilt or blankets. So I suggest calling first before making an unnecessary trip.

Comment: I recently purchased a love seat, quality dining table and chairs, assorted end tables, Persion wool rug in good condition, original artwork, dishware for a fraction of what I would have paid if I bought less quality stuff at a regular store. The manager and all of the staff are friendly and helpful each and every time I go there. One of the staff has a beautiful singing voice and its fun to hear her sing. I love this place. It is more than a store. I wish more local businesses were like this. I highly recommend Hospice Gift and Thrift Nevada City.

Comment: The first Friday and Saturday of every month, most things are half price! I got more furniture to flesh out my apartment. I was pleasantly surprised when the price was half of the expected $800. I was overjoyed, 10/10 would hospice again.

Comment: What is nice Hospice is open on Sunday n do offer deals n yes they r getting up for 🎃 Thursdays all clothes half off n do believe around 1st of month Friday? Saturday.. entire store half off lot of thrift stores but in my area several r closed on Sundays so drive 10mins to Nevada city n browse around people watch Hospice has been around forever n yes they have helped so many lives so ya check em out 3 locations but my preference is Nevada city location. ..

Comment: This thrift store is truly amazing! The people that work at this location make you feel warm and welcome. I recently found a old book to ad to my collection that dates circa 1851, wow and thanks again for being so down to Earth. In fact most shops Ive visited in Nevada city have a very comforting vibe that my family and I truly enjoy, Thank a bunch. Definitely recommend this location, just leave me some old books. Lol

I walked into Hospice of the Foothills Gift and Thrift one day and found the exact item I had been looking for much less than I was expecting to py. The piece of furniture was in excellent condition. Im thrilled with my purchase!
