Comment: Higher priced goodwill. Clothes stock is ok. Only went once. But I go to thrift stores and goodwills all over Southern CA and I wouldn’t make a point to come back to this one. But I do think they have some good clothes. Found some vintage clothes which was cool. Only ended up getting these pants $9.99 which was awesome.

Comment: Nice and professional employees and informative. My donation drop off went smoothly and the information I was provided with prior to my drop off was accurate. This allowed me to plan accordingly. I will be back for another drop off. I prefer charities that pick up from my home but I understand this is not always possible and I did my research on Goodwill and I believe my donations will be utilized well.

Comment: I always find it funny when Google sends me requests to a normal store lol. My daughter & her BFF wanted to go thrifting. So I took them to 2 Goodwills. Both store were clean & organized & plenty of everything to choose from. They both found some cute things & had a blast!Besides a kid who was purposely making his shoes squeak, every few seconds on the tile floor in 1 of the stores, for an easy 15-20 min & the parent just letting him do it, both stores were great.

Comment: I love this Goodwill store and since the pandemic I love it even more. They were very diligent about wearing masks and enforcing distracting and mask rules in the store. They had a person at the front door letting people know the rules as they entered. I just read a review where the lady said. Her sister was accosted for wearing a mask??? I dont think its the same store because the manager here has been really on it from the beginning. I will only shop at this thrift store now because of her and her peeps respecting the covid protocol.

Comment: It’s a good place to shop for fair quality of used clothes. For sustainable and environment friendly shopping, it’s worthy than going for the mall. Employees are alright. Since the staffs are limited than other stores, it’s hard to find the better service for rotation and check out.

Comment: Older staff were so helpful and attentive to all customers, never had to wait more than 1 min for help, after 6 months theres an entire new staff members and they could care less about helping customers, mostly they just want to walk away from you and keep at their task even though i asked for help 3 times before they decided to actually help.

Comment: I have shopped at this Goodwill a handful of times. Its a little further out from me so dont stop there often. The employees are always kind and greet you on your way in and out. The reason Im giving this store a 4 star rating is because it can be a little more well kept. The fitting rooms are always a mess. I understand that isnt the emoloyees fault, but they can try to keep it a little more organized. The aisles are also a mess most of the time. Hard to walk through just because they have so many items out. They do though have lots of items and at ok prices. Some items are a little over priced though. A big variety of shoes as well. More then the other Goodwills in the area.

Comment: Very large Goodwill. Great buys for good prices. I like this Goodwill better than the other Goodwills in the Santa Clarita Valley. This is my 2nd favorite thrift shop out here. But the best thrift shop (in my opinion) in Santa Clarita is Hope Of The Valley Thrift Store in Canyon Country. They have a huge selection of treasures there for about half the price of any other thrift store in SCV.
