Comment: Honestly, the best service than any goodwill in the antelope valley is this one on 20th st west and Ave J.I went to the one on the East side and their service was horrible. Do they think they’re running a shop in Beverly Hills? There’s no reason to treat your patrons like they’re a disease.I will only be going to this goodwill from now on. The staff is lovely and helpful. And they have better selection too.

Comment: Great Goodwill location, especially for those looking to donate. The donation area is located around the back, with designated parking spaces. See the social distancing guidelines posted before you enter. Masks required to enter.Upon entering there is a huge metal bin where you can toss clothes. Here you are welcome to drop off and go, which is my preference.This Goodwill location provides a ton of space dedicated to you and your drop offs for your safety and convenience. Super Easy.The people who work here are helpful and considerate too.This is a very good location of Goodwill, and a great place to donate.

Comment: They are at high prices, there are more offers in the stores, but they can find everything in the same store, they have stopped going, because I bought pants for my children and they broke in the wash, the electronics are missing parts or are defective, it is A challenge to buy, its good that today things can be changed before you lost money, they should be more considerate with the prisoners if they know that everything is used, the truth is that with my experience my daughters have donated clothes that they have in the new closet until for more than 7 years, thats how others do it, thats why the clothes will be new but they are already old, the truth is a challenge but sometimes there is no other way

Comment: Love the goodwill... What can I say about the Goodwill. You got to love the Goodwill. First of all I got to say that I really appreciate the fact that this is a nonprofit organization. Im innocent, enough to say that I love this place. They are nonprofit because they help the community out. They provide essential jobs for many workers Across the Nation. Especially during these times were jobs is very necessary. They remain open. However they take absolutely care of their employees by making sure that their limit the amount of people that shop at a time. Plus they require 100% cooperation from the customers in that everyone has to wear a mask or a face covering and keep socially distance. This is very important during this time because of the pandemic. Now, I got to say that I love shopping here and I have so for the last 20 somewhat years. I like to come here to see what I can find. As far as being able to sale. Overall the place is always kept very organized. I see a lot of people shopping for clothes and stuff. And all the clothes are color-coordinated. Not sure exactly what the attraction is but this is how they organize their clothes. They also have electronics. And I do appreciate the fact that they offer a return policy. In case the stuff doesnt work, you can always exchange it for equivalent priced item. On top of that they do have restrooms at most Goodwill stores. However the restrooms are not in service right now due to the pandemic. But when they are open they are kept clean and always stocked with hygienic supplies. I really appreciate the supervisors who are always attentive and very friendly and easygoing taking care of the customers. Keep up the great work I really appreciate you guys.

At this location, you can park in the back, right at the loading area.If you have an email, you can have them send your receipt, and your info will be in the system making drop off easier the next time.At another location they make you park somewhere in the lot and carry your stuff in. NOT here! You park where you unload. And the staff will help you!Highly recommend. They sell the stuff you drop off in that same store. Unless it’s broken. Then it’s sent off somewhere ...

Comment: I love this place, books are mostly .99 and no more than$3 furniture is very reasonable pricing that causes me to check here first before any online second hand forum (e.i. Facebook marketplace, Craigslist...) Most of the staff on the floor is greeting everyone friendly, informative and engaged. The store is organized well a s proper signage is up. Love this store!!!

The one on 10th W I find amazing clothes (although many are good with that), and if you need random office supplies the one on the east side of Ave J is oddly a good place to find business paraphernalia. The 10w and the J and 20th have the nicest staff. The other locations have mostly good. (they usually have one there to make you want to scream, usually staff is lovely)

Comment: The discounts can be really good depending on the week and what you find. They run a different discount every week and base it on the tag color if not otherwise marked. I have also seen discounts based on holiday, where a couple different tag colors will be on a deeper discount than normal. Good place to get some decent clothes at a good price.

I have been to many goodwills and this store keeps their product neatly displayed color coordinated and their prices are beyond fair on most items. I go in with the mindset of shopping for the price tag thats 50% off and I have gotten some amazing things for under $5 Im a shopaholic and this supports my habbit quite well
