Ive been in this particular GOODWILL many, many, MANY times thru the years. More than 25 years anyway. There have always been nice people working there, with very few exceptionsBut tonight was exceptional. Espically one person in particular. His name is Roger. Hes so helpful & so kind in his words & actions. Thats something missing in this world right now. KINDNESS. Espically within his generation. Cheerful with a true helping spirit. He can take you from BLAH to enjoying the rest of your day or several days with just his smile.I had the manager (Carmen) to come over so I could tell her about Roger & found that she is also a very happy person & a pleasure to talk with. I didnt get her name, but the young girl that rang up my items fit in very well with the helpful, happy atmosphere that seemed to be flowing there. Its 11:35 pm & Im still smiling from the experience.So, if you get a chance, get over to the Goodwill on Bear Valley by Hesperia Rd. #72 & have a dose of the happiness & kindness thats generated there.Sherrie SowellIll add pics if I can get any.

I must URGE the staff here to PLEASE KEEP ACCEPTING old computers and electronics from the 80s etc... Even if not functioning. I will buy all of it!!!Salvation army doesnt do this and it makes me sad.. I fix and repurpose old machines and GoodWill is the only contributor to my niche market ;).Otherwise the store is usually well kept and prices are low and great!!! Can be a lil messy in the back, but thats because theres a LOT of people digging... And staff is always cleaning up their mess, so its a good place! Well done!PS - again, emphasis on old computers.. keep accepting them as donations. I buy them every time!

Thursday is dollar day for the color tag of the week so great even if I dont get there early you can find plenty of items on sale its a cool deal along with all the other deals throughout each week.. Spend a few hours and like myself twenty dollars will net you plenty and that money you spend is going to help Goodwill industries help the people in need with job programs and so much more. Parking yes 9 to 9 I think every day but call or go online for store hours. 2 locations in Victorville and last week I found a Hugo boss suit like new one dollar!!! Thank you to the staff always wonderful friendly and helpful at Goodwill
