Comment: *Retail Store: Wow the actual store is jam packed of really great items. I recently had been a bit annoyed and upset at the pricing of items in the bay area. Way too high. Here also the clothing tends to be higher than most other second hand stores. But as a whole that would not detour me from coming from SF to shop at this location. Well maintained and staff was very nice and helpful!Outlet: so being from the bay area we have an *outlet/bins in SSF. That was my first experience of the bins except for about 10+ years ago I went to what I thought was a reg.Goodwill Retail Store in S. California and I was a bit confused because I had never heard or experienced on outlet prior so didnt really stay for long. OK sorry, back to this location. I had been watching YouTube videos and came across these great videos and wanted to experience it myself. Although it was kind if confusing trying to find an actual outlet thru their website, I eventually figured it out and decided to go one day and his several. I have found some pretty great things. The only thing I really have a *complaint* about is the regarding the regular resellers that are bullies to new people especially. I have watched videos with different ways they do the actual bins that come out, but for the most part the customers line up on the blue lines and wait fir several bins to come out in a row giving the customers that are lined up waiting a fair shot at a bin in front of them. At this location the employee brings out one bin at a time and has to INSTRUCT these regular customer to wait until she parks i. THEN its a crazy mad dash from MANY that surrounded that one cart and basically push you out if the way and intimidate or r try to intimidate. But beings that its only one bin that comes out, you think ok im on the line so the next bin is in my section and I will get a shot at least....Wrong !! Again the same customers basically push you further down the line because they are so aggressive and really dont care. They will get what they want and we the new ppl dont have a right to even get in on it until they are done and move on to bully the next bin. Way to aggressive and intimidating for meBut I am going to give it anothr shot ....I will wear my steel toe boots and be as aggressive...opps im sorry I didnt see your foot as you stepped in front of me. *Wish me luck...Bullies .... im coming !

Comment: Great buys. cheap. Two stores, one regular and one with the long bins on wheels, sold by the pound. Do not leave valuables in your car. The manager Charles runs a great store. Valentino is always so friendly.

Comment: This Goodwill is unique in that it has an outlet where items are sold in bulk. Some are funky, but I’ve gotten a few amazing deals. It’s worth checking out.The normal retail store is right next door and a bit larger than other Goodwills I’ve been to. The staff is courteous and fast.

Comment: Simply love this place and it has a larger mens section than any other thrift store Ive been to. Theres a donation center, a retail center, and then theres a bin side. The donation center is where you can drop off donations (self explanatory). The retail store has racks with clean clothes, shoes, and other household goods (kitchen, electronics, small furniture). And lastly, theres even a side where a bunch of things are in bins and you pay per lb I think? I usually just go to the retail side so I cant speak for the bins side.

Comment: This particular Goodwill is a mixed bag of good and bad. The regular side is clean, organized, and about the same as any other store with friendly associates. The outlet side is beyond crazy, people storm bins coming out and start throwing things at each other and into other bins. Some customers drop and throw glass objects in every direction and laugh about it when they break. You take your chances with the off chance of finding something that is mostly paid by weight and up to the checkout clerk.The parking is a joke because the building is shared with their warehouse and the spots are narrow and all the spots closest to the store entrances are mostly filled with employees. I dont understand why they cant park near the 100 spaces near the donation entrance. Why cant they enforce a peaceful shopping experience and kick rowdy people out? Ive watched them jump people when it comes to masks though...

Comment: Store was on the smaller side, and prices for miss me jeans are higher than the others in sac, but staff was super nice even when having to kick someone out, staff stayed calm and pleasant yet persistent repeatedly explaining the her why she was being removed and didnt make a sceen. The bins/outlet being nextdoor is a huge bonus. All in all it was a very pleasant trip and may very well be my new go to GW store.

I love that the store, the outlet and donation center are all here in one place!Both the store and the outlet are kept clean and theres plenty of room to move around the bins in the outlet and I love the selection of furniture, lamps, glassware and books. Im not s fan of the clothing but I know a lot of folks that shop the bins for clothing and have no trouble finding great stuff!I love the DVDs, books and such. My daughter loves the toys she finds its like a treasure hunt for her everytime we shop here.The staff is so friendly and kind!Other than the shoppers who can sometimes be very rude and crowd my daughter from looking in the new toy bins as they are wheeled out (toys = kids) because theyre looking for some magical thing thats gonna make them millionaires its a great place! Love it here and totally a loyal shopper. Dont even visit other goodwill much anymore. This place has us spoiled.

Comment: Pretty large and well organized. The womens items are on one side and men/children on the other side. Shoes are in the middle shopping with the dressing rooms. One complaint, is that there are not enough dressing rooms for this size of a Goodwill. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes, and there was not that many people. Other than that, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Parking lot feels small to drive around but there are many spots. I recommend stopping by and checking it out. You never know what you might find!

Comment: Oh my God the Goodwill I live in there they have a lot of name-brand clothes we have a lot of variety of house supplies water name brand shoes pants blouses a lot of name-brand toys for my grandson very cheap too very nice place to be I love going shopping there me and my daughter and my grandson are always there I recommend going in there tea shop youll love it
