Comment: As far as the employees go most of them are helpful and friendly, Id like to personally thank Roger for being an amazing and wonderful human being! He is far the best employee this place has ever had. Hes always cheerful and willing to help out whenever possible. The only complaint I have is with management the few Ive delt with are very rude and at times behave unprofessional I understand sometimes you have a bad day but please dont take it out on the public. Now if i could give the mens bathroom a star it would be a negative number, the bathroom is disgusting in all aspects, the smell of urine is overwhelming!

Comment: This is literally the best Goodwill and beats out any clothing department stores in Chico. They are always clean and have been Covid safe for the last couple years. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. One thing that they are known for is their AMAZING Halloween costumes that are so extensive you cant beat it pretty much anywhere else.----The only bad reviews they are getting are from anti-maskers who like to go into stores to throw fits.

There were cargo shorts but not really and shorts specifically for playing tennis let alone basketball or even soccer. Ive lost about 65 pounds in the past 6 months so I needed some clothes to get me by till I reach my goal weight. I was extremely happy to see the dressing rooms were available. I found jeans, tshirts, shorts & 2 swimming suit tops. Then I went down all the isles with the dishes, glassware, toys, crafts & electronics & to my surprise the shelves werent extremely crammed full of items so deep. Way more cleaner than Id ever seen it in that store.I was a happy customer thanks to all the hard workers!☺️

I do think the pricing is a little high on a lot of lot of the clothing items and it it not very uniform or relative to the brand or condition (i.e. a new with tags tank top from Walmart will often be priced higher than the used but great condition designer brands like Versace, Free People, etc) . There isnt much furniture at this location but if you love kitchenware, toys and clothing, its your place.

Comment: If you are someone who likes to dress as an individual shop for clothes here. You will have to search to find the perfect items for you, but it will be fun. You can find famous designer clothes for for a 10th of the price.

Comment: If youre into sewing, its a great place to find some vintage sewing patterns for roughly 49 cents each! Clothing prices are also reasonable and I come nearly every Halloween to check out their costume selection.

Comment: I enjoy the Goodwill very much, the Staff is helpful and nice. I appreciate that :).... They have excellent music playing that enhances my shopping experience. I love talking to the other customers also and its just a Feel Good environment. Great place:)

Comment: The best thrift store hands down; its clean, well organized, has something for everyone, and everything for you are looking for. Staff is nice, prices are good, but somewhat inconsistent, (to be expected) but they will work with you (a little). Great place for household items, best for electronics & computer stuff; speakers, receivers, and huge assortment of well organized clothing for men, women and children.
