Comment: Definitely one of my favorite thrift stores, the selection is great, theres always parking, the employees are kind, and the place has great selection and prices.Some things I enjoy about this location:-For the most part the selection is only marginally better than a normal goodwill, but for some reason they always have a really great selection of shoes which are normally sold at about $15 per pair. Ive found New Balance sneakers, Adidas Sambas, Custom white and black Vans, and Converse here all in good condition-From the times Ive been to this location, they always have a good selection of plain color t-shirts, typically from Pro-Club-Nice items in the glass casings, Ive seen Ray-Ban sunglasses, Timberlands, Uggs, Doc Martens, and nice bagsSome of the problems Ive faced at this location:-There are normally a lot of people-I have not seen a lot of Sweaters and Jackets here-Maybe not the best place to find Graphic Tees and pants

Comment: I really like this store. So far Ive had friendly interactions with the cashiers and the gentlemen that had taken my donations.Donating is super easy. Drive into the main entrance on Broadway, youll see large double doors behind some columns, just drive up and open your trunk. Someone will help you. But fyi they arent allowed to pick stuff up from your truck, so just hand them the boxes to them and let them know the general items that are in there. They will take everything in good condition, except mattresses and items like light fixtures.

Comment: This is the cleanest thrift store in Chula Vista! The store has all the clothing organized by size, unlike the other stores on Broadway, and the selection is pretty good. The only drawback is that prices are higher than the other stores, but then you do pay for quality. All the clothing I saw was clean, and the atmosphere was more welcoming. I havent been to thrift stores in Eastlake area so I cant compare, but on Broadway this store is by far the best!

Making do with random items to highlight best of class and color coordination takes a real talent that should be recognized. I look forward to my next visit.

Comment: Excellent organization. Clean and easy to shop. There are even seasonal vignettes, probably for training the staff in the ways of retail. I see concerns with the staff in other reviews. Ive found them to be more pleasant than the typical staff at a Walmart or other mass merchant, but I dont expect high level service from a thrift store. Prices are higher than other thrift stores, so you pay a little for the staff training. Its still a fair value and mission.
