Comment: I was very pleased with my most recent visit! The staff checked in without being overbearing and gently reminded me when the fitting rooms would be closing (I went close to closing time). I really appreciate it when team members can manage expectations without rushing the customers out. The person at the register was also kind, and naturally so. I picked up some solid pieces to use for work as well as some breezy summer pieces. Thank you, Goodwill!

Comment: Store is clean and employees are nice. Good experience for shopping. Dropping off donations is another story. When theres a long line people drive around the line and park at the cones to drop off before the others waiting. Also, some people bring a big box of mixed items and separate them into the different bins while others are waiting so it can take a long time of youre behind one of those people. The guard/employee out there allows both when he should be prioritizing in order. He could at least help them unload to keep the line moving faster.

Comment: Great experience! People are right, this Goodwill is very well organized I was so impressed. The staff members were quick to pick up articles of clothing that were laying on the floor (I felt so bad that they had to do that, customers should pick stuff that they drop up themselves!) and were very visible and easy to reach if I had a question or something. Special shout-out to Ahmed for having wonderful customer service and being so kind! You are awesome, Ahmed! All of the employees were very friendly and wonderful people. 5 stars well deserved. Also, your purchases are going towards a really great cause - helping provide employment for folks who need it most. Really worth the shop.

Comment: Got a vg+ first edition Dr. Seuss Hardcover here. (How the Grinch Stole Chrismas) for $1.50. I didnt even realise it was first edition till i got home, i just wanted Dr. Seuss in my home because La Jolla is his home city and we just moved here.Had a great conversation with the cashier about Dr. Seuss. She was sooo nice and so happy... i left there feeling happy myself and i went on to have a really good day. (I was feeling depressed and drained from having to move 2 times in the last couple months). So, I hope they keep it up. You never know how your customers lives are going and that (even though it seems like a small thing) taking just a small amount of time to brighten someones day can make a big difference in their life.

Comment: Great place to look for a halloween costume. We got two Attack on Titan scouting legion jackets for a cosplay, and saw a Milanoo lolita dress there, even. I always recommend shopping at the Goodwill before going to a costume store.
