Comment: This is 1` of the many G. W. I have shopped in the O. C. area- and this location, like all the others has a very good selection of all the dept. they offer . While .. the parking lot is my very least favorite of all the locations - So we win some & others in life were not so lucky... There isnt a lot they could do to add parking - its just something u need to kind of be a forward thinker on & if at all possible look ahead - glace at both sides of the lot b4 you are in and stuck -Happy Ho;iday Shopping 🛍️

Comment: I was very pleased to see lots of un- confiscated treasures (which had become a predictable process several years ago) on the shelves. Clean, well managed inventory & children were seemingly much more supervised by their parents vs previous experiences of them running, screaming & Touching everything. In these days of very transmissionable disease, I was much more confortable with them monitoring their customers, and their children. Overall, it continues to keep up maintaining efforts & having some decent merchandise. I almost always find a little something!

Comment: Everything is fine at the Goodwill, the only problem is that the bathrooms are not open and they do not have a line for disabled people to pay and they do not have enough cashiers to charge so that the line does not take too long. That is my only comment because I stopped that pay disabled people because they cannot wait long in line to pay for the disabled due to their illnesses, thank you and happy afternoon

Comment: The store is spotless, the employees very helpful. Items are neatly and artfully arranged by color and type in housewares. Prices are a smidge high for a thrift shop, but still well worth rummaging through. They’re open until 7 which makes popping in after work feasible. My favorite bargain shopping destination!

The bright lightening, large isle, well organized by colors, makes it as good - if NOT BETTER > Ross & Marshall near me. The staff is friendly & helpful. This is my 1st time shopping @a theft store and I AM HOOK. Why pay retail now? when I can find quality (near mint) clothing for under $10.

Comment: I just dropped off a bunch of stuff here and we popped inside to see if they had a used boogie board for the beach... we were pleasantly surprised with how organized and clean their store was! Everything was set out in color coordinated sections based on genre or size.... we didn’t find what we were looking for but thought it worth mentioning as well as the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Comment: A good neighborhood Goodwill Thrift Store in Costa Mesa. Large size store and large amount of clothing, but no furniture like in the big Santa Ana store. Similar to the Salvation Army Thrift Store in town. The Assistance League of Newport Mesa is smaller but has higer-end quality. I stop by all 3 when I am on a Thrift Store run.

The furniture and home goods a bit pricey need to know the regular cost of what your are buying. Comment: This Goodwill has a great location, easy drive up donation center in the back and a loop drive parking lot off the busy road on 19th street. It was a little messy inside but there are great merchandising displays for ideas on outfits for many discounted clothing and accessories. There are a few good finds if you are willing to go through the racks!

Comment: Way better than Salvation Army. Just dont bring your kids. They wont let your kids sit in the cart or walk around without shoes on. Not that they should but its hard enough shopping with kids and what if your toddler wont keep their shoes on? Its lose/lose. So leave them at home...its totally worth it.

Comment: Listen.This is a Goodwill. This is a charitable organization. Theyre not going to spend money on making your store look appealing, or things are easier to find. The shirts are with the shirts, the pants are with the pants, they even go as far as to group housewares by color, thats enough as far as Im concerned. They are not going to waste precious labor dollars having the staff stay late and wipe off stuff that you can just clean off yourself once you get home. This is not some boutique yall. This is a store for low income people to find affordable choices for their families. If you want the boutique experience, try Buffalo Exchange. Consider that everything there has a story, and behind anything you can buy at a Goodwill there is good intention!If you spend time here, there are so many awesome treasures. Ive happened upon some beautiful little vintage pieces here, in decent condition. Ive found some high quality, brand name clothing that was in really good condition. Got my favorite jacket here. The staff is awesome and very helpful. I have been to dozens of thrift stores, this one is up there.
