Comment: This place has been here for ages and you can tell when you go inside. Its quite old and a little dirty. That said, its full of donated second-hand items, so one cant expect it to be pristine. They do accept donations of good inside the store via a giant drop box, or behind the store for larger items.

Comment: Fridays are the best day to shop because the 50% off weekly color changes on this day. Seniors get discounts on Sundays and Tuesdays. For a thrift store, Goodwills prices are a bit high. Good variety of everything. They dont charge sales tax.

Comment: I visited on a Friday around 11am. You gotta drive behind the building to find an alley. There were a few cars ahead of me and it took about 10 mins to my turn.I wanted to donate baby stuff: high chairs, infant bath tub, and a lion walk/push toy. They took one toy only and denied (politely) others due to liability. They suggested other places like Salvation army which I went right after.Very kind and friendly staff! I didn’t go inside, just came to donate.

Comment: I used to adore this place but lately Im treated as a criminal while looking through shoes this guy employee would purposefully keep going in front me pretending to straighten shoes.Throughout this entire shopping day here many if the secret shoppers looking f ki r thise who steal bombarded me with such open expression of disgust toward myself. I have never stole and have soent many a dollar every week.Im disabled it takes me longer to go through an idle and sometimes I still buy also I line to look at stuff for purchasing in the store. Clearly my left side partially paralyzed was a disgrace to there customers in the store I have hard time seeing and going through menopause osnt a thrill. But the when it comes down to it I was treated as a throw away person someone they felt wasnt good enough to shop there. Ive been going for couple years just in last 4 or 5 times did I notice a hugh change if sarcasm and how dare they when there wasnt a price tag on this item that others similar were only a few dollars I asked the employees how much they looked at eachother on employee said 45 dollars they laughed she goes in front of whole store what u dont want ot now and put behind counterI wish anything I wasnt disabled and that lady day two days ago I finally said my goodbyes to myself I dibt want to shop somewhere where they are not all but yes I havent felt so incredibly Downton a long time I will never go back to hereupdate was very pleasant experience. the workers were very helpful and nice. I missed this goodwill Im glad to be back.🙂

Comment: Pleasant experience overall, from the smiling young man who accepted my donation, to the cashier in front. This may be advertised as a thrift store carrying used items, but they also have new items that are still in original packaging. Spent $20, everything I found was NEW. Biggest surprise was a piece of wall art. Original price tag 29.99, the day I went it was half off. Ended up paying 5.00. Amazing.

Comment: So busy its like now everyone is shopping at Goodwill the prices are a little bit more but still way better than the mall or anywhere retail pretty much I do long for the days when it was really inexpensive now the rugs are like the same prices at target .....still if u have the time to search u can find things u might need at lower prices also becareful there are people trying to pick pocket or wait for your purse in your basket to be unattended. Lots of theft going one there

Comment: Keepers….. goodwill of OCThis store, picks the designers brands out of donations they get, along with items that will sell.The store is really small and packed with nice clothes, nice furniture and at time some eclectic Knick knacks!It’s a tight squeeze in there but if your a thrift store junkie like me….it does t matter!Next door is the larger Goodwill if you aren’t done thrifting.

Comment: The other day I went to go donate a few items and a cute Hispanic guy with curly hair helped unload my stuff. He was so helpful and very much useful. He was respectful with my glass wares. He was so sweet, he wasn’t rushing me nor making me feel like I came at a bad time. And it was very busy when I went. So I appreciate him for that. I will be donating again. Hopefully he takes my stuff again.

Comment: Always fun to go to this place. The overall setup has improved tremendously Ive the last two years. Once you are inside, there is always something that you find that picks your interest. I personally collect vinyl records and I must admit a big part of my present collection came from this store. On the other hand, theres quite a number of things that I found here which ended up in my small home.Because of its location, the materials found in this store are better than Goodwill stores in other areas. Its always fun to visit and have a fun time.Happy hunting!!

Comment: 5-18-21 @ 12:40 pm I went through the drop off at this Goodwill ElToro Rd. I pulled up and before you drive through you need to wear a mask and remain in your car. So when I got to the drop off area I rolled down my window and told the nice man to take the white bags in my trunk. He did and I drove off. When I got home I realized that one of the white bags was a purchase I just made. So I rushed back there and told a employee what I did. He was so sweet he started looking for my bag, then one other and I think the lady that helped was a manager.These 3 people went above and beyond to help me. They found my bag. I was so happy you have no idea..Just goes to show they’re a lot of wonderful people that are willing to help. I wish I had names.. Thank you!!

Comment: I usually shop GW on Tuesdays to take advantage of the senior citizen discount. I have shopped here for years and have found several bargains.I have noticed the increased prices. I realize that costs associated with having a storefront have increased and they have to factor several costs into their items for sale. I am fortunate enough to be able to afford the cost increase, but realize that there are many that are not so fortunate. It might help to post in the stores the days that clothing with a certain color tag will be 50% off. Not everyone can come in and check the signs everyday to see what is in sale.I would also suggest that GW provide shoppers to help people with special needs. There must be volunteer groups that would be happy to help people that have sight, or mobility problems. Volunteers dont have to be paid emotes and can sign wavers for any perceived injuries that may happen.Than you Goodwill for being a part of our community and providing your help and assistance to our community.

Comment: This is probably one of the larger Goodwill’s in the area. This is the time to get your Halloween costumes on the cheap! See the photos attached. A good portion in the center of the store was dedicated just to Halloween costumes.More than half the store is clothes.There is an entire other store right next to this one called OC Goodwill Boutique which is mostly high end, designer clothing with some couture. See my other review for those photos.Not as much furniture at this Goodwill. Mostly side tables and chairs.A good amount of housewares, small counter top appliances, lamps, home decor, linen, toys and shoes can be found here.Like most other stores at this time, the fitting rooms are closed and there are no public restrooms available.

Comment: This Goodwill has a large selection of good quality items, the clothes are organized well and its easy to find whatever youre looking for. The prices are good especially for the items that are high end brand names. Next door is Keepers much smaller with the better items for a higher price, its worth it if you dont want to spend a lot of time looking for the brand name or wait for it to go next door for less money.

Comment: I was VERY impressed with this Goodwill! So many great options and variety. My husband was pleasantly surprised to find a whole rack of bicycle jerseys (usually hard to find any). There were two aisles of purses. I could spend hours at this store. Many great treasures. Definitely a new favorite!

Comment: Great store but you have to go early in the morning or else everything is all over the place. Its a real mess by closing time - I dont envy the people who clean it all up every day. But I got some really good bargains - 4 dresses, 2 shirts, 2 jeans and a tool box for under 30 bucks! I also like the way they organize their stuff.. some other thrift stores are really unorganized and its really hard to find anything - these guys have a good system!

Comment: I liked the availability of certain brands I like, the mall being across the FWY makes easy pickings, but they know their products well & charge for it. There is a Keepers sister store next door down and they have the best stuff, but not cheap, come on, Its goodwill!
