Comment: I had family coming from Mexico and they had never been to a Goodwill store, I explained to them how they work and they wanted to go and check it out. It was my first time at this location (just moved to Yuba City) and I found a great pair of black out curtains for my bedroom and they were like new and beautiful and the best part: only $6.99 per curtain! At stores they average $29.99 to $34.99 so it was a good deal. My daughters wanted all the toys lol.

Comment: Recently in town for a vacation.this goodwill is big compared to the one in Az i used to shop.prizes are the same though.ived found 3 winter jacket, nice brand for a reasonable prize.one is never been use.i love the vera wang leather jacket .fits me well(small)i love plain white tshirt.ived purchased 3 .nice brand.my most expensive purchase was the original marc jacob shoulder/sling bag.but when i went to the womens dress section i saw a woman coming out from the bathroom,just wearing a bra,her hair is wet she approach me and hand me a pair of sock.ask if i wanted it.i said no.thank you.that was weird.

Comment: Stopping just to check for a couple of things I needed. I found a beautiful candy dish, quite old, 3 footed and simple design, small flowers etching. I always wonder who enjoyed it before me. No nicks, perfect.Also found a couple of really nice Blouses, I dont often find them in my size, they had just come in. It is always a thing to check if you have a little time and help out this industry.

Comment: But let me tell you a story to explain it a couple of years ago I was cleaning out my closet I found a bunch of clothes that I no longer wore that still had tags on them. Ive been thinking that if I donate brand new clothes other people probably due to, so I went in there one day to look around and they had some beautiful clothes! Theyre all sorted as to size and color youre looking for a red shirt in a size small its very easy to find you find the red shirts then you find the section that says small and they have a gorgeous selection. I buy all my clothes there now and I get compliments on them! I buy books for a dollar fifty each, DVDs hardcover books. I bought two pair of sterling silver earrings and yes I had them tested and they were sterling silver I think I paid a dollar ninety-eight a pair for them. Housewares just all sorts of beautiful items and they go to help people as well as the people that are purchasing them because theyre so inexpensive. Go check it out for yourself I think youll be surprised

Comment: A big store with tons of merch. But one time they literally made me come back 24 hours later because this backpack I wanted didnt have a price on it. They refused to have someone price it saying that they had to wait for that crew to come back in the morning. Neither would they hold it for me. In the morning when I came back, they wouldnt have someone from that crew get the backpack from the back room and price it for me. I just had to wait and check every dumpster thing as it came out. After about a half hour someone took pity on me and found it. They told me not to worry. It would be out soon. Yep. Still didnt get it for me. 45 minutes it took. True story.

I can honestly say recently starting over in a new apt I was able to decorate it quite nicely on a tight budget. Also they have a nice selection of books for kids and Ive been able to start a small library at home for my daughter. So if your on a budget and not to snobby to look through other peoples discarded stuff than this place is for you. 😁

The store is pretty big, decent variety, and great organization in the sections, which is where many thrift shops tend to neglect. I will definitely be back!
