The pictures of the kids hanging on the wall in the store are the kids they help out, that is just great.The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager Evelyn was kind enough to explain the different sales they have going on and the many discounts they give. Also, theres a loyalty program which I think is great!

Comment: Great set up! Easy to find. You have to see the toy room. Its pretty cool. My 3 year old had to be dragged out (though he snagged quite a few goodies). Some stuff was a little overpriced ($2.50 per comic, $12 for a boardgame with no pieces) but most items were great buys.The reason I didnt give 5 starts was the staff. The cashier was polite, but had to ask others for help (new guy?). The bad thing was being FOLLOWED around the store by these three older ladies who kept shuffling things by us. We were one of three people in a large store and whether intentional or not, it shortened my trip and rethink another visit.

Every worker you see there, is a volunteer ( so treat them with respect, because they deserve it ). Ramiro was just amazing man. I came across this batch of collectibles and he went out of his way to see if there were more in the back ( and boy was there ) Maria gave me amazing deal I could not pass up. Comment: Walked in a few minutes till closing - I felt so bad but I’ve been wanting to check this place out after I seen an offer up posting. First off, the customer service is amazing! Walking in I was greeted. I was looking more so in the seasonal section ( I’m on a mission for Christmas decor) and they had a few great buys for a really low price! My husband took a quick peek at the men’s section and he liked what he was able to glance at. Unfortunately we didn’t get to really look since we should up a few minutes before clothing.Found an adorable snow globe for only 3 dollars!!!! Score!Lastly, checking out was a great experience too! I didn’t feel rushed at all ( like most retail places) usually employees try and get you checked out and out of the stores ASAP . Nope, not here! My husband and I were talked to as if we were one of the family. I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name. But he was super friendly. Explained to us the different discount days they have . Encouraged us to join the loyalty program. And talked to us about the donations they give back to. My husband and I were so impressed with this business. Oh, and the quality of these items were close to new, if not!!!!Returning it not a matter of question. You will be seeing our faces more often! I still have a lot of Christmas decor to shop for and I was told they get new stuff everyday.
